Sammu's Path – follow a path that tells a story
Sammu's Path is Sammuntupa’s own walking trail, guiding you into the peace of Lapland and the everyday life of reindeer. The marked path is self-guided – you set your own pace, stop where you like, and stay as long as your heart desires.
Along the way, you’ll encounter reindeer, enjoy the northern nature, and stop to read information boards that tell about life on the reindeer farm, the habits of reindeer, and the traditions of the North.
And yes – you’ll also have the chance to feed the reindeer, if they happen to be hungry when you arrive.
The path you walk now is part of a story that began long before you – and continues long after, as you return to the farmyard.
Here, your steps slow down and your mind may find something you had almost forgotten.
